Weekly Tittle

The Weekly Tittle is an exercise designed to focus your attention on a specific space, aspect, or challenge of decluttering and organizing your home. We assign a new tittle in each webcast/podcast, then check on your progress the following week.

Break Down a Barrier

It’s time to look at what’s getting in your way. Pick something you’ve been meaning or wanting to do, but never seem to be able to start. Let’s try to identify a “barrier to entry.” What is it about the task or project that prevents you from getting started? Spend 10 minutes mind-mapping, doodling, writing, or drawing about what obstacle(s) stand in your way. Giving a name to the barrier might be all you need to start breaking it down to get going on your project or task.
