| Share a word, a few words, a phrase, or more to describe the CURRENT or USUAL condition of your primary bedroom. | Usually in control. Suddenly quite messy with being in between seasons and sweaters coming out of being stored in a carry on over the summer. Oddly, too much paper : case full of old journals. And a few unnecessary bags… |
| Share a description of the IDEAL state of your main bedroom. We’re talking aspirations here, so feel free to write in terms of appearance, mood, activities, contents, decor, or whatever elements would make your bedroom “just right”! | I’m actually quite pleased that I feel it is right in light of the decor. The paper clutter bothers me and I need to do another round of journal decluttering- and maybe some clothes- even acquiring just a few items has suddenly made the closet feel stuffed (yes, it’s a smallish closet but I like it that way and do not want to get new furniture fir clothes). A lot of scrwps of paper with notes on my nightstand. |
| What factor or factors stand in the way of having the “just right” bedroom you described above? | Thiniking of things to make note of just before I fall asleep and needing to journal early morning creates paper clutter even though it probably opens up and dumps out head clutter. |
| List an item currently in your primary bedroom that you acknowledge has absolutely no business being in the bedroom. | Can’t think of anything. Glad a duvet cover has gotten old and will be out soon. Yes, I keep mine in my bedroom. Maybe papers related to an official matter but that’s important so ok to keep in the bedroom for a few more months. |
| Here’s your chance to ask Gayle and Ed any question you’re curious about. It need not be related to this survey’s topic(s). If we think that your question—and our answer—might be useful or instructive to The Clutter Fairy Weekly audience, we’ll share them in an upcoming episode. | Do people feel the state of their bedroom affects having ot not having a partner? That after decluttering, they found a partner quicker? Or do they find there has been no correlation? Anyone feng shuiing their bedroom? |
