Think about an item that you received as a gift and have struggled to part with. What factors—thoughts, feelings, memories, stories, beliefs, etc.—make (or made) it difficult for you to decide to let this item go?I received a hand made doll from a friend/former roommate. I know the time and effort she put in making it and I greatly appreciate it. However, I really do not want to continue maintaining/storing it and really have a hard time letting it go. Silly - huh?!
