PronounsShe/her
Which of the following statements describe situations that you’ve experienced during the last year? Please check all that apply.
  • I own items of clothing that I’ve never worn.
  • I’ve felt guilty about buying new clothes because I already have a lot.
  • I own clothing items that I’m keeping until they fit again.
Please list any other “wardrobe malfunction” you’ve experienced that we didn’t include above.Organizing my clothing so I can easily put outfits together has been a bit of a challenge because I own more clothing than my closet can accommodate.
Complete the following statement: “The biggest problem with managing my wardrobe is that __________.”My biggest problem is the size of my closet for the number of clothing items that I have. I love clothes and I take good care of them but I live in an old house with small closets so organizing the space to accommodate the pieces is challenging . It’s hard to see everything I own all at once.
What specific categories or types of clothing do you most struggle to manage?Dresses, because they are long and take up more room.
Here’s your chance to ask Gayle and Ed any question you’re curious about. It need not be related to this survey’s topic(s). If we think that your question—and our answer—might be useful or instructive to The Clutter Fairy Weekly audience, we’ll share them in an upcoming episode. What recommendations do you have for managing/ organizing closets in general regardless of size? Like items together, like colours together, organized by season, capsule wardrobe ( and store everything else away) or keep everything out and visible ?
