Any suggestions?? So like, I have a walk in pantry and I have all the components (shelving as I just insulated the space -- it's actually a cold room) and yet, I can't seem to get started on organizing the space. I could have a whole day or even a block of time and yet, I cannot seem to bring myself to get started on organizing the space. BUT, when I've challenged myself to work on the space for 10 minutes (to see what I can accomplish before I have to log on for work) I get a lot done. Then, I end up berating and speaking to myself in a very negative way (Wow. Look at what you've accomplished in such a short span of time. You're such a F*&ing loser that you've wasted a [whole day] or [2 hour block of time]. And then bam, just like I lose "motivation" to day anything going forward. |
