What is the “canary in the coal mine” that alerts you that your decluttering and organizing habits are starting to slip? In other words, where does clutter first reappear in your life or your home?1) lots of "UFO"s all over the place (UnFinishedObjects) creeping onto previously clean surfaces
2) increasing number of bags/boxes of things that have to be given to others/ taken elsewhere=recycling
3) guest bed (twin size) behind my desk gets crowded: IOW all over the bedspread with "will deal with it later" papers
What external factors (conditions, circumstances, situations, etc.) or internal conditions (moods, emotional states, health concerns, etc.) tend to disrupt your productive habits and routines or your motivation to declutter and organize?External: a.Family needs me to help out. b.We decide to go on a short trip.
Internal: a. Spending time reading is more fun, have to catch up for decades I hardly did.
and/OR b. medical / pain
OR both: c.ADHD
What was the last item that you decided to keep “just in case”?A frying pan ( bought a new one but am still holding on to old one )
