Describe an item or collection that you’re rationally prepared to release, but something always seems to keep you from making the final decision to let it go.Collection of figurines.
How do you feel when you think about letting go of the item you described in your answer to the previous question?Sad. I know no one will want them. I’m telling myself to let them go. I’m not sure what to do with them. I have to box them back up. Just a time constraint. Negative at the moment.
Complete the following statement: “I know I won’t keep this item forever, so I would like ___.”To let go to someone who’d enjoy it.
Fill in the blank: “Watching and listening to The Clutter Fairy Weekly makes me want to try ___.”Living with less
Name one or more of your favorite Clutter Fairy-isms (e.g., “thin the herd”) or decluttering and organizing mnemonic devices (e.g., OHIO—Only Handle It Once).Pairing down, I can’t think of the other one I like
Here’s your chance to ask Gayle and Ed any question you’re curious about. It need not be related to this survey’s topic(s).We’re on the 3rd phase of updating in our house. What is your best plan of action to remove ‘Everything’ from your main living area and kitchen without disrupting the other rooms (bedrooms). Since, we have to move the bigger furniture into the garage. I’m in the process of clearing everything out of the units (curios), boxing them up. I put my moms China in 3 storage containers specifically for dishes. Placed in a spare bedroom, so I didn’t have to take to the basement since it’s heavy.
Future topics

I will need to clear/declutter the basement since so much was taken there. What is a good plan for that?

Thank you Gayle and Ed for all your amazing sessions. They are just wonderful. I have learned the most from you both.

P.s. I love your drawings, Ed!
