Reflecting on your answer to the previous question, describe the part of the activity that contributes most to the clutter in your home. Your answer may be based on volume, size, complexity, or any other factor that makes it difficult to store and manage the stuff for your activity.Clay in various stages: ready to use, drying scraps, slaking buckets, needs wedging.

And pretty equally, work in various stages: needs final work (glazing, sanding etc) waiting to be photographed and priced and packed for storage until next sale.
Reflecting on your answer to the first question, describe how the cluttered state of stuff related to this activity negatively impacts your ability to carry out or enjoy the activity.I don't have a dedicated space with enough room for everything to be well organized. I have to transport some things back and forth to a separate studio space once a week where most work takes place. (Wet clay work and glazing)

What is the hobby, craft, art form, or other recreational activity that you think EVERYONE should try?hand building with clay

I'd love an episode on organizing a small space for multiple uses. I live in a very small house (700 sq. ft.) with my partner and 2 cats. I work from home, I have many hobbies and I'm an artist who works in a number of different media. Living in my house is like one of those sliding number puzzles where you have to move a piece (or pieces) out of the way before you can move the piece you want to move to get everything in order. It seems like there can only be one empty place/surface at a time and things are constantly shuffled around which makes it easy to misplace things. I keep working on "thinning the herd" but it never seems to be enough.
