Please select the statement that best describes your future plans with regard to moving:I plan to move within the next six months.
Describe any thoughts and feelings that the idea of moving invokes for you, or any positive or negative connotations that moving carries. (This might include memories of past moves, plans for future moves, or your experience with someone else’s move that was significant for you.)We are currently downsizing to move to from 1500 sq. ft 3bdrm, 2 bath, double garage + workshop to a 2bd, 2 bath, den 1300 & storage room set up. Two sets of stairs are killer for the knees and we want to live mortgage free. Our vision for living well is to not take anything we have not used since fall of 2020. Setting aside to keep things that have multi function use with the mindset we love to be out and about exploring. Cleaning and maintaining things is not where we find joy anymore. Our last move we got rid of so many things we have not missed at all!
Consider the present condition of your home and its contents, and then answer this question: If you had to move from your home in a short timeframe, what would the greatest challenges be?Boxes of books are heavy.
Kitchen stuff is awkward to pack.
Liquids need to be used up as much as possible!
Convincing my partner to just give things away and not try to sell it.
If money, logistics, work, citizenship, travel time, etc., were no obstacle, where would your ideal place to live be? (For example: Ed would like to live in a penthouse in the heart of Rome with a place in the Alban Hills where he’d go on the weekend. He can dream, can’t he?)Some where with a view.
One level living with easy commute times to work.
Roll out kitchen drawers and pantry space.
Gas fire place and great neighbours.
Lovely easily maintained landscaping.
Easy access to lying in the sun, a pool, and nature trails.
Here’s your chance to ask Gayle and Ed any question you’re curious about. It need not be related to this survey’s topic(s). If we think that your question—and our answer—might be useful or instructive to The Clutter Fairy Weekly audience, we’ll share them in an upcoming episode. What life lesson would you say has had the biggest impact in your life?

What do you always do for success?

What do you never do as it always leads to disaster!
Future topics

All your topics are great and helpful even if at first I don't think at first it will apply. Surveys are great ways to keep your finger of the pulse of what the audience is needing.

Thanks for all the hard work and encouragement to all of us breaking through to less clutter and more living.
