The topic will be The Psychology of Clutter: A Therapist’s Point of View. Our guest speaker, Rosa Glenn Reilly, is the founder and director of the Spectrum Center in Houston. She enjoys a successful consulting practice working with individuals and couples in the areas of intimacy, adult development, and crisis and trauma resolution, with a special focus on primary-care providers. Her gentle yet direct approach includes a body-centered psychotherapeutic methodology with a non-denominational spiritual awareness.
Rosa will discuss how the things that we collect reflect our inner life. She’ll explore the emotional roots of clutter and the mental blocks that prevent us from letting go.
As usual, we’ll open the floor to your questions, success stories, and tales of trouble spots.
We’ll have refreshments, and don’t forget the drawing for a door prize or two! (You must be present to win.)
