For the March 2019 meeting of the Houston Clutter Coaching Meetup Group\, we’ll talk about the time crunches in which we find ourselves as we strive to declutter our lives and spaces. We’ll discuss procrastination\, estimating the time to accomplish big projects\, budgeting time for ongoing maintenance\, and other areas where organizing intersects with our perception and management of time. \nThis will be a “Clutter Conversation” online event. We’ll meet using the Zoom.us video-conferencing app\, a free tool that allows us to share a conversation as streaming video and take questions from the audience. Up to 100 people can participate live\, and as always\, we’ll record the event to post on YouTube. \nRSVP at Meetup.com or by sending e-mail. \nJoin the meeting from PC\, Mac\, Linux\, iOS\, or Android by clicking this button:\nJoin online meeting\nIf you’ve never used Zoom before\, your device will download a small\, free app that will enable you to participate. Use the “raise hand” button in the chat area of the Zoom interface to let us know you’d like to speak and that you’re willing to appear on video. We’ll be moderating the event\, and if we see your hand raised and your camera on\, we’ll introduce you\, then turn on your microphone and enable your video.\nTo comment by audio: Make sure your camera (if you’re on a device that has one) is turned off. Use the “raise hand” button to let us know you’d like to speak. We’ll introduce you\, then turn on your microphone so you can ask your question or comment.\nTo share a comment by chat: Type your comment into the chat area of the Zoom interface. You may share it with everyone\, or direct it only to the host.
